Flower Substitutions
Flowers, wrapping paper, containers, and certain design elements may vary depending on seasonal and market availability. We will always maintain the overall style, value, color palette, and quality of the arrangement as closely as possible.
Florist Design Arrangements
“Florist Design” arrangements are custom-made and created using the freshest flowers available at the time of your order. Each arrangement is unique and may not look exactly like the reference photos shown on our website or social media.
Pickup Orders
Pickup orders are available during our regular business hours:
Monday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: CLOSED
Please allow a minimum of 2 hours after placing your order before pickup unless otherwise confirmed by the shop.
Customers are encouraged to contact the store directly to arrange and confirm their preferred pickup time.
During holidays and high-volume periods, additional preparation time may be required.
Delivery Policy
We strive to deliver all orders as close as possible to the requested delivery timeframe. However, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate, including apartment numbers, gate codes, business names, and recipient phone numbers.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Recipient unavailability
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or road closures
- Hospital, school, hotel, or business delivery restrictions
- Circumstances beyond our control
By placing an order, the customer authorizes Nayitas RVA Flowers LLC to leave deliveries in a safe location if the recipient is unavailable.
If the recipient is unavailable, the arrangement may be left in a safe location when appropriate.
Holiday Deliveries
During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other high-volume occasions, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to increased order volume.
We appreciate your understanding during these busy floral holidays.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup and include clear photos of the arrangement.
Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be offered when appropriate.
Orders that have already been designed, prepared, or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom, personalized, and special event orders may require additional processing time.
Once production has started, custom orders are non-refundable.
Product Care
Fresh flowers are natural products and may vary in lifespan depending on flower type, temperature, handling, and care.
For best results:
- Keep flowers in fresh water
- Avoid direct sunlight and heat
- Trim stems regularly
- Follow any included care instructions
Website & Product Photos
Product photos are provided as inspiration and style references. While we strive to recreate arrangements as closely as possible, exact flower varieties, shades, and design details may vary.
Limitation of Liability
Nayitas RVA Flowers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, emotional, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to delayed deliveries, flower substitutions, product availability, or recipient dissatisfaction.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or limit any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized transactions, suspicious activity, pricing abuse, or violations of our store policies.
Additional verification may be requested for certain transactions to protect both the customer and our business.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false disputes, or unauthorized claims may be reported to payment processors, financial institutions, shipping providers, marketplace platforms, and law enforcement when appropriate.
Pricing & Availability
All prices, products, flower varieties, and service availability are subject to change without notice due to market conditions, seasonal availability, supplier pricing, holiday demand, and inventory fluctuations.
Color & Product Variations
Actual flower colors, wrapping materials, containers, ribbons, and decorative elements may vary slightly due to seasonal availability, natural product variation, and differences in screen or device display settings.

Pickup Location & Appointments
Some pickup orders may require appointment confirmation prior to arrival.
Nayitas RVA Flowers LLC reserves the right to adjust pickup procedures, pickup availability, and pickup instructions when necessary for operational, safety, or scheduling reasons.
Force Majeure
Nayitas RVA Flowers LLC shall not be held responsible for delays, service interruptions, or inability to fulfill orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, traffic conditions, road closures, supplier shortages, power outages, labor shortages, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
